First Floor:
On this floor is the bathroom equipped with bath / shower, toilet and washing machine.

Second Floor:
On this floor is the room shown in the pictures (18m²). The room is located at the rear of the property and has a large window which provides lots of light.

Additional info:
- The house has a communal garden , back to reach by bike. also serves as a bicycle shed.
- The students have jointly leased the washing machine and large refrigerator.
- Stores are nearby at the Franciscus Romanusweg at 5 min. cycling distance.
- Center at 10 min by bike.
